Pure Ghee is a vital ingredient for the aroma and the texture of authentic Indian sweets. At Shayona we have never used ready made Ghee. We make our own Ghee from the finest New Zealand butter. All our sweets are hand made in the traditional way, using the choicest ingredients infused by the years of expertise, which makes our sweets exquisitely mouth watering.
